In the app
- Open Masar.
- Go to Settings → My account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete for good.
By email
Can't use the app? Email us with the phone number on your account. We may contact you to confirm the account is yours. We handle requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your phone number and name
- Your saved places
- Your push notification tokens
- Your points and level
What we keep
- Anonymous traffic data (average road speeds). It is not linked to you.
- Your past road reports stay on the map, without your name.
Guests
Without an account we hold no account data. Uninstalling the app removes your saved places from the phone.
